1. The parties
This agreement is between Freedom Law Group and the member named on the enrollment, together with a spouse where a couple package was purchased.
2. What is included
Preparation of your personalized Revocation of Election affidavit, lifetime access to the Tax Freedom Course and resource center, employer forms, mailing instructions, and 90 days of email support from the date of purchase.
3. Member responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you supply, for reviewing your documents before submission, for mailing them as instructed, and for retaining your certified mail records.

4. Support and upgrades
After 90 days, support is available per intake or through the Lifetime Support Package. Representation is available through the Lifetime Defense Package.
5. Term and termination
Membership access is perpetual and may be terminated by us only for breach of these terms, including redistribution of materials.
6. Guarantees
Where a written guarantee applies to a package you purchased — such as the dismissal guarantee in the Lifetime Defense Package — its terms are stated in that package and govern.
